When it comes to smoking in Kentucky, there’s good news and bad news. The good news is, the percentage of Kentucky adults who smoke is dropping, albeit slowly. The bad news is, still more than a quarter of Kentucky adults smoke – 26.2 percent in 2014, according to America’s Health Rankings by the United Health Foundation.
